Overview | Screen Shots | Skull Model | Demo Videos
We're working on MAJA, an interactive 3D application for visualizing human jaw movements, using MAM the Modeling and Animation Machine which is being developed here at IFI WWU Münster.
MAJA provides interactive exploration of the skull structure. Furthermore
it simulates movements of the lower jaw (mandibula), based on 3D motion
data imported from a medical measuring device.
We use [incr Tcl/Tk] for the application framework, because it decreases the time you spend on building a GUI significantly. We also work on automatic interfacing of C++ classes with [incr Tcl/Tk] classes to benefit from both, the speed of C++ compiled code and the interactivity of an interpretative language like [incr Tcl/Tk].
